As a son and brother, I have witnessed the immense sacrifices made by women in balancing their careers and family life. My mother, who took care of us while juggling her work and personal life, served as a testament to the challenges and the dedication required. Women often have to put their financial goals on hold to focus on family responsibilities. This has often been a source of conflict within families. Setting boundaries with one's employer is also essential to ensure that work does not encroach on personal time. Learning to say 'no' sometimes can be difficult but necessary. This is especially important for those who work outside the home. However, with the increasing prominence of online work, more opportunities are available for women to create a flexible schedule that accommodates their family needs.

This newfound freedom has made it easier to balance my work and home life. I no longer feel guilty for not spending enough time with my daughter, and I have the financial means to provide security and peace of mind.
