I am so completely aggravated that I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another company. I am a nurse and knew that my question couldn’t be answered by the options given. Apparently, we customers aren't considered important enough to speak to a human no matter how we try wasting our time trying to figure out ending up spending useless time going back and forth in the automated system. I will not be using CVS ever again and by now, I've wasted an hour of my life because of your useless system and the fact that the only human worth talking to is a medical provider.
