How Long is the Average Vacation Leave in the Digital Age?

As flexible work arrangements become more prevalent, the nature of vacation leave is changing. Perspectives from a Frequent Traveler

As I retired a few years ago, I no longer have to rush back to work after my vacation. My pension checks even auto-deposit while I'm traveling, making long trips more feasible.
