Whether it's fixing a technical issue, like the shutdowns on your phones, or addressing deeper emotional issues, the key is to not give up. Like a virus on your phone, emotional baggage can be cleared, but it requires effort and awareness.

Emotions and stress are like 'coloured glasses' that tint our perceptions and can control our minds. We must learn to clean up these emotional blockages and replace them with self-love, trust, and appreciation. Only you can fill your heart with the love and positivity it needs; nothing external can do this for you. By focusing on your inner peace and joy, you will develop intuition and discover the answers you seek within yourself.

Practicing Deep Meditation for Emotional Freedom

Deep meditation is the process of letting your thoughts pass by and allowing your heart to guide your life. This practice empowers you to be responsible for your life and happiness. Emotions should flow freely, just as water does; if they stagnate, they can rot. Never let others see you in your emotional vulnerabilities, as this can lead to emotional breakdowns.
