Do not change your timetable every day if you don't study; it's not necessarily the fault of your timetable.

Include 15 minutes of yoga or meditation to keep you fresh throughout the day. Regular meditation and yoga are now recognized as essential for maintaining mental and physical well-being.

Sample Study Schedule for an Examination

Wake up at 5:45 AM for a morning routine. Spend 15 minutes on yoga or meditation to align your mind and body.

6:00 AM to 6:30 AM: Freshen up with a bath to energize yourself for the day ahead. Set your daily goals and work diligently to achieve them. Create a checklist of all the chapters you need to complete. Study theory subjects such as Physics, dedicating some time to numerical problems. Around 3 PM to 7 PM: Engage in thorough studies of Mathematics, at least for 2 hours. Take a short break during your study session to refresh your mind.

In the evening, around 4 PM, start studying subjects that score well, such as English and Hindi.
