Here’s a personal experience of a student who followed a structured routine:
I wake up around 6 o'clock, spend an hour getting ready and preparing for my study sessions. My morning study sessions typically last from 7 to 12 o'clock, with a total of 50-minute breaks. After lunch, I have another two hours of study sessions from 1 to 6 o'clock, with another 50-minute break. Following this, I engage in light exercise and meditation for an hour before taking a shower. From 7:30 to 8:30, I read newspapers or other materials. After this, I spend some time roaming and chatting with friends. I usually return home by around 10:30 to have dinner and relax. By around 11 o'clock, I go to bed, though not exactly at that time, as I am a human, not a machine.
My study routine is quite simple. I followed this timetable when I switched the medium of my language from Hindi to English for my SSC CGL preparation. As the exam approached, I made some amendments. In the two months leading up to the preliminary exam, I spent most of my time socializing and roaming with friends. Unfortunately, I cleared the preliminary exam with a score of 150 but could not make it to the main examination. Nonetheless, I successfully cleared the Delhi Police HC and Indian Railway Assistant exams. I joined the Indian Railway Service due to certain reasons and left it due to personal problems. However, I hope to follow this routine again in the future.
