Overcharging and Misunderstandings
A few years ago, we faced an unpleasant situation at a doctor’s office. We were unexpectedly overcharged for services, and the added insult was that we hadn’t even received all the services they billed us for. Despite the clear evidence and the fact that the doctor should have covered a physical check-up, the office stubbornly refused to budge on the charges.
