When a bully manages a profitable department and keeps expenses under control, upper management often turns a blind eye to the personal and professional harm this is causing. The rationale is simple: as long as the numbers look good, the behavior is overlooked. Yet, this short-term gain comes at a significant long-term cost to staff morale, innovation, and overall organizational health.

To foster a healthy work environment, it is crucial to move away from bully management and towards sustainable practices. Inspirational leadership is not just beneficial; it is essential for long-term success. Here are some steps organizations can take:
