This number, irrespective of their hierarchical position ranging from a college student to the CEO, underscores a pervasive issue: frustration among a significant portion of the Indian workforce. Does it matter how big the organization is? No, the conditions of the job and the resulting dissatisfaction are equally impactful.

To address this growing concern, I have authored a book titled Unemployment: Dealing with Unemployment. This book, available as a free ebook on Amazon and Flipkart, serves as a beacon of hope for the millions of Indians struggling with the lack of employment opportunities, inadequate housing, and financial setbacks that hinder the establishment of their careers.
