Personal Experience - Wild Valley Mountain Bear Resort

I recently joined Radtel India Pvt Ltd and our first team outing took place in Bangalore. The resort we stayed at, named Wild Valley Mountain Bear, is situated near Ramanagara SRS Hills, approximately 50 kilometers from our office. We were a group of 15 members, and the resort welcomed us warmly. The resort manager, Guru Prasad, guided and took care of all our needs meticulously. Despite the room being fully booked, we were accommodated in both a camping tent and an 8-sharing room.

The resort was beautifully surrounded by hills and lush greenery, making it a picturesque destination. It featured conference halls, adventure activities, and a buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Adventure activities such as zipline, commando climbing, sky-cycling, rain dance, and a swimming pool were available on site. In the evenings, we enjoyed ourselves on the party lawn, and in the mornings, we went trekking. After breakfast, we had a 90-minute session of team-building activities.

Overall, Wild Valley Mountain Bear Resort provided a memorable experience for our team outing. We had a great time and would highly recommend it as one of the best places for team outings in Ramanagara.
